Given the task to create an object that defines the term “the space between”, I designed a multi functional stool/side table. “The space between” was played around through the different colours of wood and the space in between the metal bars. There is a contrast of hard and soft materials (wood and metal), the cold and warm colours and the play of organic and linear patterns.
